Animal Assisted Interventions 

Animal Assisted Therapy:  goal oriented, purposeful activities and experiences that include an agreed upon personal growth goal with each client, built around interactions with a pre-selected animal partner, and supported by licensed animal interventionist, alongside an assistant. 
Animal Assisted Activities:  goal oriented, purposeful activities and experiences that will encourage human-animal bonding, may include personal goals of the client, and supported by licensed animal handler and/or assistant.  Not as emotionally involved with interpersonal thoughts, more directed with connections to the animal partner. 
Animal Assisted Education:  goal oriented activities with animal partner(s), mainly focuses on teaching about animal care, safety, and interaction.
